The company was Established in 1990. In 1994 it imported 4 tomato paste processing lines from Italy and set up factories to start production in the same year.Meanwhile, One tomato lycopene workshop was set up in 1999 and another tomato powder plant bought at 2000. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of processed green food and health food.  The production is done under supervision of renowed food and are equipped with latest plant and machinery with capacity of tomato paste 28,000 M.T Per year and 3,200KG pure tomato lycopene extracted from our owned tomato paste.

Also one apple juice concentrate plant has also been established in 1996, one safflower oil factory has been set up in 1999 as our exported base.

Besides, a natural food colouring plant has been bought by acquisition under management by the company at 2006.

We have also gone into backward integration and setup our own farms of safflower and other agricultural products for exporting every year. That we have our in house source of raw material and thus can deliver best & constant quality products.
